Saba Giani is an artist based between London and Toronto. Giani’s work is influenced by experiences of living and growing up in Iran before having to flee from her homeland due to political oppression.
Giani graduated with a BA in Fine Art from OCAD University, Toronto (2016) and an MFA in Fine Art from Goldsmiths University (2019).

Giani was awarded the Emerging Visual Arts Project Grant, Ontario Arts Council (2022), Career Catalyst: Project Grants for New Generation Artists, Ontario Arts Council (2022), Exhibition Grant, The Eaton Fund for Artists, London (2019) and was shortlisted for Jacksons Painting Prize (2021).
